To access the Drop & Draw facility, the following requirements must be met:

Opening of a savings account to serve as operating account

2

10 days contribution or 1/3 of required amount of facility

3

Deposit of amount required to cover all charges (Processing & Management Fees)

4

Filling of Application and Customer Activity Report form

5

Provision of two (2) guarantors to be duly witnessed

6

Letter of Introduction from both Guarantors

7

Valid evidence of Identification (National ID/Driver’s Licence/Int’l Passport) for both obligor and guarantor

8

Execution of four (4) Absolute Bill of Sales to be duly witnessed

Execution of four (4) Pledge & Trust to be duly witnessed

Execution of a Loan Agreement

Execution of Bill of Sale Registry form

Valid shop receipt

Execution of a Deed of Sale (if required)

Execution of a Limited liability Form (if required)
